CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is reserved exclusively for you. Here at ME Esthetics, each treatment is thoughtfully prepared and personalized for every guest. In consideration of my time and the experience I strive to provide, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the projected service price. Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments cancelled on the day of your service will incur a 75% fee of the projected service price. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the projected service price. Late Arrivals: To honor the appointments that follow yours, guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened treatment or may need to reschedule. The full service price may still apply. A Note About Emergencies: I completely understand that life happens. Unexpected circumstances will always be considered with grace and on an individual basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if an emergency arises. A card on file is required to reserve your appointment. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies above.
